Both sessions were awesome, thanks to panther for
paying for my second session. All the guys were extremely
safe and I learnt alit in terms of conditioning and some
other techniques I got help on, Prozac was great for warmup,
and Jason was a great inspiration, I had fun drilling
cat pass precisions with him......all the other guys were
awesome too....peace, I hope we have another workshop
soon. |

A
nice day out!
Hugo (Pictured left and below) made the small jaunt from
Valencia, Spain for Session 1. |
| Soon
as it was over he threw his suitcase in a taxi and headed
back to the airport. |

WORLDWIDE
JAM PARKOUR WORKSHOP
Europa Gym - Erith 12th November 2006
Parkour
returned to the Europa Gym in Erith last Sunday with Worldwide
JAM's third workshop.
Over 50 students attended the two sessions and were coached
by Jason Matten, Prozac and Binary. Also making an appearance
from Street Team were Brad, Luke and Luiz just in from Brasil.

RUI
Its a very truly unique experience, I would recommend
going to one to anyone. |
As
students attending WJ workshops will testify, the sessions
are not only about PK technique, it's also about physical
conditioning, stamina and reaching out for your personal best.
Reading the messages on the
forums, it's pretty obvious that there were some aching
bodies Monday morning.....GOOD...you all worked really hard.

Many thanks to Len Arnold from Europa for giving us the chance
to use his fantastic facility. Most of all, we would like
to thank all the students who made the day such an enjoyable
experience. Great camaraderie and a great spirit
