This was the best training experience I have ever had.
I had no idea that you can learn so much from two hours.
If there's anyone who hasn't enrolled in any workshop
yet DO SO NOW!!!! it will be very beneficial to you.

It was IMMENSE! Such an inspiring session, even if
my quad was tight throughout the session and I bashed
my knee badly in the last 15 mins. Best 2 hours of
training in my life seriously. A big thanks to all
the guys for putting it on and the training, was well

very damn good. Today has really opened my eyes a lot
more, and I feel like a lot better person and traceur
because of it. Recently I was thinking, "I cant do
anything anymore" and "I am crap" the workshop
really helped boost my confidence and develop things for
me, and now I have been reintroduced to parkour, and I
am really buzzin' from it. |
