An
in-depth documentary highlighting the development of parkour as
an activity to encourage young people to be physically active.
Following on from the popularity and street cool of parkour from
TV documentaries such as channel 4's Jump London and Jump Britain,
Westminster Sports Unit employed Dan
Edwardes and Forrest,
two of the top UK parkour instructors, to deliver community and
school workshops in some of the most deprived wards in the UK.
We follow Dan and Forrest as they teach the young people about respect,
discipline and how to look at their environment differently.
This independent documentary, directed, shot and edited by Julie
Angel will premier at the ICA in London on Monday 14th May 2007
