GRIP
- The Nike Shox have quite a reasonable grip, and take
a while to wear down. They work fine when doing cat leaps,
and generally have alot of traction. Despite this, you
do not really feel the surface underneath you, which,
in many ways, is not neccaserily a good thing. 4/5
SHOCK RESISTENCE - This is where those 'pogo stick'
looking things pay off, they actually take alot of impact,
and if worn with extra insoles, create a very comfortable
and noticable cusion. 4/5
WEIGHT - These trainers are reasonably heavy, maybe
due to all the little embellishments, and the pogostick
like resisters, but they're still adequate for the purpose
we're targeting. 3/5

WHY
DID YOU CHOOSE THIS PRODUCT? |
When
I first began training with my three friends, they were
all wearing Nike Shox, whilst I was wearing some sort
of thin sole based Puma shoe. I decided I needed a new
pair of trainers, which were going to be more helpful
for practising parkour in. Taking their inexperianced
advice, I too bought some Nike Shox. I regret it to this
day, as I now look like a chav, and they have a pair of
Adidas Nova's, and Asics Gels 1100 between them!.

COMFORT
They feel great, despite the weight. They hug your foot,
and provide plenty of padding/cushioning. I wear a pair
of polysorb insoles in mine, and they're a treat! 4/5
DURABILITY
The cloth like material soakes up water, and will result
in an unpleasent stench. But apart from this, mine are
still going strong, and havent really caused me any
problems. 3/5
STYLE
What can I say, wearing these will bring many prejudice
views, aswell as making you look like you've strapped
pogo sticks to your feet. Despite this, they're available
in a wide range of colours and designs, and are considered
'cool' by alot of people. I'd have to give it a very
personal 2/5
VALUE FOR MONEY
They are generally from £50 to £70, which
is far too expensive for what is no where near amoungst
the top trainers for parkour, therefore, I give it a
1/5
|
CONCLUSION |
Despite
the 4/5's, I'd say this trainer is worthy of half marks.
There are far better trainers out there than this, thus,
DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, AND WHAT IT
MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE! 2/5
