GRIP
- The grip on them is much better than the Dart IIIs,
and has not worn out at all. I've had them since May,
and put them through quite a lot. Barely slipped on anything
at all. They are also solid rubber the whole way along
them, even in the middles. 5/5
SHOCK RESISTANCE - A bit much I think. You cant
feel the rail under your foot as well as in other shoes,
but if your into big drops, this is good. There is plenty
on the heel as well. I do not advise you put polysorbs
in them, as they so become very squishy, and you will
find it hard to balance. Also, these are the solid foam
type, and do not have air pockets, springs, or pumps in
them. This is good, because the others are more likely
to fail. 3.5/5
WEIGHT - No problem here, very light. 5/5

| WHY
DID YOU CHOOSE THIS PRODUCT? |
I've
had the Dart III's before which were very good, and lasted
a good time. The fronts however wore out very quickly,
so I decided to get a new pair. I 'm as tight as a ducks
ass, so I 'm gonna spend as little as possible on shoes.
Plus, everyone who has spent more than £40 has
had them fall apart as soon as they move. Grip gets ripped
off, seams splitting, feet breaking after falling out
a tree etc etc.

COMFORT
Really comfortable. no ankle roll in them, unlike some
other shoes I've tried. There's no "collapsing"
on the fronts either, so your toes don't get squished
when you do cats. Because of the shock absorbency in the
shoe already, there is no need to add polysorbs to them
either. 4.5/5
DURABILITY
These ones are a big improvement on the old Dart II's,
as the feature new grip does not wear out nearly as fast.
The fronts have also been improved, as they feature better
reinforcements while remaining flexible. NOTHING on them
has broken, torn, split, or worn down significantly. These
are very well made. 5/5
STYLE
Still white, and I still don't like white.
So, here's my good old formula again!
White + dirt = less of an eye sore! I don't buy trainers
for looks, I buy them because I think they would help
me with my parkour. The Dart IV's are the same as the
Dart III's, but in different colour combinations. There
will be something for everyone there, and even if there
isn't, I 'm sure after a bit of training in them, you
will have left your marks on them. 4/5
VALUE FOR MONEY
Bought mine in may 06, still look new, (except for the
colour of them :P), and I have no complaints about them.
For £30, I think these must be THE best trainer
available for less than £40. 5/5
|
| CONCLUSION |
These
trainers are a big improvement in durability and grip
over the older Dart II's. These trainers feature great
grip, comfort and shock absorbency, and in my opinion,
are one of the best trainers available for all round parkour.
