It
was an amazing experience to be able to represent Parkour
at the Bahrain Grand Prix. Add to that the opportunity
to work with my good friend Chase Armitage and Jerome
Ben Aoues made it a worthwhile venture.

Here are some pics for you to look at, hope you enjoy
them. We met some cool guys and were received very well
by the people of Bahrain and the organisers of the event.

The sites that we were given opportunity to do Parkour
on were awesome and a personal favourite of mine was the
ancient fort named Qal'at al-Bahrain over
700 years old recently added to Unesco's World Heritage
List in 2005.

Some of you may have heard that I injured my leg on the
first day! Well its true I did need a few stitches
but after a good nights rest I was back up and out there
the next day. I would have been gutted to travel all that
way and not do anything!
The weather was really good and made us long for the summer
when we can get out there, back in the UK and train. Im
in the process of making a short doc of the trip to Bahrain
and will share it with you soon.
Hope to see some of you over the coming months and in
the meantime keep safe!
