"I have a very competitive nature, and couldn't have the boys doing moves that I couldn't do!

Although it is more physically challenging for females, I believe there is no reason why girls shouldn't aim to move with a great deal more style than the men!

An ex-gymnast and trained dancer, my interest in Parkour was accidental! I quickly moved into breakdancing, but found that there was no-where to practice or take photographs.

As a result I spent the summer in the Parks and when bored decided to use the obstacles that were around. This was a natural progression of the training that I was previously doing.

It was only on a visit to a workshop with Cirque Du Soleil in Montreal that I realised that what I was practising was a structured activity. On my return I continued to train with others who had made the trip.
