I've never got on with gravity and have instinctively jumped and climbed since childhood. My sporting background pretty much followed this pattern and included all sorts of jumping sports, rockclimbing and assault course racing.

Parkour was a major pastime and training method for me since thirteen years of age, but it wasn't till eight years later that I first heard the word "Parkour" and another two years before I found the wider Parkour community and joined my beloved Team Seishin.
